Intertwine keeps this simple. The site asks you for nothing at all. If you write to us, we use what you send only to write back.
What we ask you for
Nothing. There is no form on this site and no sign-up. If you want a security review, you email us, and that arrives in our inbox like any other email.
How we count visits
We do measure two things about the site itself, using the tools built into our host, Vercel. The first counts visits: which pages get opened, roughly where in the world the visit came from, and what kind of browser and device it used. The second measures how fast pages load for real people, so we can tell when something on the site gets slow.
This measurement sets no cookies and stores no identifier on your device. It does not know your name, it does not follow you to other websites, and it does not build a profile of you. It tells us how many people read a page, not who they are.
What we still do not do
No advertising scripts, no ad networks, no marketing pixels, no fingerprinting, and no cookies that follow you from site to site. We do not sell, rent, or trade anything about you, and we never will. There is no third-party tracker on this site.
When you email us
We keep what you send so we can reply to you and keep a record of the work. That is the whole reason we have it. It is not sold, rented, traded, or handed to anyone else.
Who handles it for us
The site is hosted by Vercel, which also provides the visit counting and speed measurement described above. Email you send reaches our own mailbox through our email provider. Neither company gets your information for their own purposes, and the website itself never sees your message at all.
Server logs
Our host keeps ordinary request logs for a short period, and those include IP addresses. That is how any web server stays up and fends off abuse. It is not tracking, and we do not mine it.
A pseudonym is fine
You do not need an account here, and you do not need to prove who you are. If you would rather write to us under a handle and from a throwaway address, do that. We will still read it.
How long we keep it
As long as it takes to handle your request and keep a record of the work. Ask us to delete your email and we will.
Your say
Email info@intertwine.cc. Ask what we hold on you, ask for a copy, or ask us to erase it. You do not have to give a reason.
